worpdress 404 wp-admin redirect – WordPress Development Stack Exchange

I have renamed the .htaccess to .httaccess0, and changed the url site main location form phpmyadmin by this instruction, and also i guess forgotten the admin password so changed the password of admin form phpmyadmin by this instruction.
