windows server – Best way to automatically backup a large network folder

We have a shared network folder in a local storage server all the employees have read/write access to it,
this folder contains mostly excel/word/pdf/image files and are constantly edited and new ones are added ,
the total size of this folder is 3To
So my question is what’s the best way to keep this folder backed up at least once a week so when an employee mistakenly deletes something i can restore it !
