I used to eat them. Way to salty, as others have said. It really is not so healthy in any way. Maybe better than Twinkies. But you can do much better. It is known that the regular consumption of processed and packaged foods is related to MANY health problems. They could also put some unpleasant preservatives in that ramen, I do not remember. Yes, they are quick and simple, but so is an avocado. And much healthier.
