web forms – How to use SELECT ELEMENT when using AGREGATION in Drupal Views?

I have the problem that I can not use a SELECTED ELEMENT to add a CONTEXT FILTER in the Drupal views when I do AGGREGATION.

In my SELECT ELEMENT there is a list of provinces. If I use the RADIUS ELEMENT (buttons), it will be toxic to look when using web forms in Drupal 8.

I just want to count the number of province entries with a link to the master list of that province filter.

Please help. Thank you.
