Then, the team defines the client's research questions and then returns with a large amount of data. These can be distilled into the needs and opportunities of the client. But, what are the ways in which you have found that they work well to really identify the main opportunities to prioritize first?

- Objectives and organizational criteria (for example, are we looking to increase adoption? Retention? Etc.) These become a filter to identify opportunities.
- Satisfaction data
- Following Sauro, identifying the gap between the importance and satisfaction of the identified needs of the clients
