Our organization faces a difficult problem to solve, where there is no "correct" answer. Each solution has many advantages and disadvantages.
I have given a questionnaire to a group of programmers and I have compiled their detailed opinions on many different topics related to this problem. All of them have very different opinions of the possible repercussions of each solution.
Next week we will all meet to unite our brains to establish a way forward. I will direct the meeting.
Can anyone suggest a process whereby you can put everyone's opinions on the table, and have everyone review and comment / grade / rank them to help the group reach a consensus?
