I have a multi-step form that starts with a question. If the user says No, they are taken to a screen that tells them to call (since the system can not process No answers). If users say Yes, they are taken to the next step of the form.
The problem is that many users, after selecting No and see what they have to call, will simply go back to the question and say Yes to continue with the form.
This creates a lot of problems in the line, since we can not serve any client (therefore, we would have to redirect them, etc.), which would generate a large amount of service costs.
There is no way to discriminate users Yes or No before they access the form to complete it.
What are some solutions that can alleviate this problem?
