Hello, my business account was suspended about a month ago and the reason they gave me was "rule violation" without any further explanation of which of the rules we have violated. I filed a request for an appeal, but it was rejected with the same "general violation of the Twitter rules" as the reason and the appeals and additional responses to the decision will be ignored.
I need to know what exactly my company has done in violation of its rules. This page was an authentic business page for a company registered in the USA. UU And that operates in 3 countries. We have registered trademarks in the USA UU And Europe and we are serving more than 100,000 customers.
We have never published copyrighted content, we have never violated a trademark, since we have our own trademark in several countries. So what is the reason? Are you connecting to the account from multiple locations? Is it about the content? Is it caused by applications connected to our account as Crowdfire whose API was recently blocked by Twitter?
We have invested several thousand dollars in this account and have collected around 5000 subscribers over the years. and suddenly they kill the account without notifying us of what we have done that violated its rules.
Does anyone know what I should do to make them explain what the violation happened to be able to counteract?
Your help is very appreciated
