The NVMe drive is not loading the Kernel driver

I have installed 3 NVMe drives on my computer and can locate all the drives when running lspci, the problem is that not all of them load the NVMe kernel, so they will not be presented as a usable NVMe device.

For example, when all PCIe devices are listed, the units appear as:

8f: 00.0 Non-volatile memory controller: Sandisk 0100 device
9c: 00.0 Non-volatile memory controller: Sandisk 0100 device
9d: 00.0 Non-volatile memory controller: Sandisk 0100 device

From 3 units, only 9c: 00.0 appears when executing lsblk as [nvme0n1 259:0 0 234G 0 disk] , the others do not seem to load the nvme kernel driver. Under the ownership of each unit and which core is in use [highlighted between ** **]
