I think the photographer has to choose his subjects depending on the conditions. Since you cannot turn the bright sun into sunset or sunrise, I think you should choose a composition that works in some way given the sun.
As examples, I have used the way clouds cast shadows to create an interesting contrast in brightly lit trees.
Or find reflections or colors enhanced by the bright sun, adding natural saturation.
I think in your example you have some interesting layers of mountains that the bright sun and mist and I would recommend finding a composition that focuses on that characteristic of the landscape. Something like some of the images in this search: https://www.google.com/imghp?q=photography+layers+of+hills+bright+sun
Of course, much of what you will see is taken early or late in the day, but not all, and I think there are some applicable examples.

Thought as part of a series of questions that start here, if the Athas sun was manipulated again, is there any indication in the material of what could happen next: would it die, nova, supernova or change color again? If it changes, what color?
Sources 2e, 3e, and 4e are fine, since I am looking for a general answer, not a specific answer from the edition.
I realize that magic ignores physics and that role-playing games are notoriously inaccurate … but I'm curious if an answer is close enough or approximate.
Given the above, do the changes in the Athas sun coincide with any scientifically known stellar life cycle? In that case, approximately the amount of useful life that can be estimated for the Athas sun, unless the star is intrusive or altered?
I am looking for an approximate estimate if possible, a well reasoned speculation, if not. 2e, 3e, and 4e are valid sources. I am not looking for a specific answer, but a general answer.
When the room is flooded with sunlight on very sunny days, the flash refuses to flash (in Manual mode); It seems that it is assumed that there is enough light without flash.
(Of course, this results in photos that are not sharp, after all, it's still an interior photo).
Is there any way to force the normal flash even in very sunny conditions (in manual mode)?
(and I do not want the other flash options, like "night" or "focus in the background").
And I've tried the configuration & # 39; Daylight & # 39; (icon of the sun that shines completely in Func.), But it is not right …).
