I have a Smart / RG modem / router for WAN access and a second Netgear router behind it for wired LAN. I host a website on a computer connected (by cable) to the Netgear network.
All computers connected via Ethernet to Netgear can connect to the site by domain name, since I have configured the host files on each of them.
However, computers connected to Wi-Fi on Smart / RG or Netgear cannot connect to www.mysite.com, but may connect to the subdomain.mysite.com. When are they going to www.mysite.com, are redirected to the Smart / RG login page. If they go to mysite.com (without www), it works correctly. I can't understand why this happens.
My ISP did not provide me with a manual for the Smart / RG modem, and its website does not allow you to download the manual. The router configuration also has no built-in help.
