I did not except a friend request by mistake. Now when I go to his page, it does not all me to add him as a friend. When he goes to my page, he can no longer add me as a friend either. Both of our settings are set for Everyone on & off Facebook can request our friendship. When I go into “Friend suggestions” and click “All”, we can no longer find each other under Friend suggestions. My question is, how can we friend each other again? I should have excepted his friend request but I clicked the wrong button and denied his request. Now we can no longer add each other as friends on Facebook. Help. Thank you
The entire content of my uploads folder gets deleted periodically. every few days, I’m not sure when exactly. How can I debug what causes this?
My set up is complex:
- around 10 plugins, some custom. none of my custom plugins use wpcron or do any IO. maybe some other plugin does
- site is multisite
- I use the wp-json API to run some scripts including create posts and upload images
- the files in uploads folder are random files not attached to any posts or part of the “media” database
- the wp is run inside docker on self managed server
I’ve tried looking at the apache logs but there’s so much stuff and I dont know the exact time in occurs.
How can I ever start figuring out what the problem is? I have no clue when it happens, or what is deleting the files. I need to start somewhere but have no clue where.
In 2015, I created an Instagram account with my Gmail, later changed the original Gmail with my new Gmail on Instagram, and permanently deleted the old Gmail! Now, five years, Instagram wants me to enter the verification code that sent to my old and deleted Gmail to I can log in to my account, but that Gmail account will not be restored and I can’t even use that Gmail username to Make use of another Gmail, have I lost access to my Instagram account ???
Is there another utility that can be used on an XFS file system that does not require the file system to be unmounted.
If have a live server, but I don’t want to take it off line and only want to check for recently deleted files and directories. You could say it is a “hot examination” or a light touch to see what is there. It would be equally fanastic to find if any found files could be restored to a directory without taking the server offline.
I think for contents its best place …. because other member can see and share there opinion.
But for personal stuff ….. Seems like notebook and personal diary which is not related to discussion forum rule …. Otherwise many people will manage his picture and other personal thing by creating a thread.
Its my thought … any senior member or forums staffs can describe it better.
My educational institution has a Youtube channel, it is a branded account. Some 30 teachers are connected to the channel as managers to upload their class videos, some are also using the live feature. But now, someone is deleting all the videos. Is there any way to know who is doing it or can I make it unable for them to delete videos?
My nephew’s wife hired someone to setup WP webpage for her. Due to some conflicts, she fired him. Now she cannot login. Using phAdmin I can see there is no WP users table in the database. I believe it is deleted. What should I do to be able to login while preserving the content of the themes and pages? Thanks.
I have a Gmail account (personal) and an Outlook account (work exchange). I tried to see my two accounts separately in Gmail. After "Adding an account" didn't work, I went to Gmail Settings> Accounts & Import> Verify Mail from Other Accounts> Add Mail Account. Here, I logged into my Outlook email account and this caused my Outlook emails to be imported into Gmail. Surprisingly, this also caused deletion of emails from the Outlook server. I stopped the process halfway, but many emails have been "transferred" from the Outlook server to the Gmail server. Now, I have my personal emails and many of my jobs on the Gmail server and fewer emails on the Outlook server. I would like to undo the whole process. Is it possible to retrieve work emails to Outlook server?
I had a Word document that I'm not sure where it was stored. My desktop said, but I think it was on my iCloud somewhere too. I saved my work and then sent it to myself, after emailing it, I turned off the iCloud which in turn erased everything on my desktop.
All I have is a text file when I try to click on the document.
I'm not sure if the job is completely gone or if it can still be recovered.
The time machine was not activated because the macbook is new. Microsoft Word did not seem to back up or recover old files, there is nothing. Show the file recently but it won't open or allow recovery.
I have checked my icloud in the advanced section to try to recover files … there is nothing there.
In textedit I have tried the & # 39; reverse method & # 39; it didn't work.
I've followed several YouTube tutorials and website searches to see if I can get my job back and still can't, it's all dead ends.
Could a software take the short code from textedit and help my recovery or is my job completely lost? This job has a deadline, so I need to know if it is worth trying to save it or just restart it.
Thanks in advance
I had these partitions on an external hard drive:
/dev/disk2 (external, physical): #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER 0: GUID_partition_scheme *2.0 TB disk2 1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk2s1 2: Apple_HFS Android 63.9 GB disk2s2 3: Apple_HFS RiptideHUP 968.0 GB disk2s3 4: Microsoft Basic Data RiptideF 967.8 GB disk2s4
My goal was to remove disk2s2 and then resize disk2s3 to take up the extra space by removing disk2s2.
I removed disk2s2 using this command:
diskutil erasevolume "Free Space" "" /dev/disk2s2
Now to resize the volume I used:
diskutil resizevolume /dev/disk2s3 R
However, I received this error:
Started partitioning on disk2s3 RiptideHUP Error: -69743: The new size must be different than the existing size
Can someone help me and tell me where I was wrong?
diskutil list now shows:
/dev/disk2 (external, physical): #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER 0: GUID_partition_scheme *2.0 TB disk2 1: EFI EFI 209.7 MB disk2s1 2: Apple_HFS RiptideHUP 968.0 GB disk2s3 3: Microsoft Basic Data RiptideF 967.8 GB disk2s4
