security – How safe is my Nexus 6 with Android 7.1.1 and the possible latest update (Oct 5th 2017)?

I found my old Nexus 6. No SIM in it, just connects to the Internet via my home wifi.

I’ve tried to catch the latest updates, upgrades, and security patches, then I realized, unless I doing something “big” like changing rom, or whatever it is called, which I definitely do not want, I stucked with 7.1.1 and its latest security update Oct.5th 17.

My question is it safe to use?

Nothing special sensitive there, but I would like to log in to Google Play with my account to download and by some apps

I have what I believe are my address and password – don’t know what wallet from 2017

I have what appears to be a GUID and a password. But no recollection what service I used of if I even purchased / transferred or made a transaction with them back in 2017. Any way to check to see if I have anything in here and retrieve it? My current BTC is on a platform I use regularly, this was prior to me setting up my current process last year… Any advice?

mojave – Macbook pro 15 inch 2017 freezes until hard reboot

My 15 inch MacBook pro running Mojave (10.14.6) recently started freezing randomly staying completely unresponsive. I use an external monitor and all I see is the screensaver frozen, when disconnected the MacBook’s screen remains black.

I tried resetting the SMC, PRAM, and VRAM but it happened again. The problem goes away momentarily when I hard reset the computer. I checked and there’s no crash reports to be found after the reboot. I checked the SSD with DiskUtility and no problem was found.

I have a copy of system.log and I know the approximate time of today’s freeze, but I don’t know how to read the log file, I can copy the log file if necessary.

What else can I do to diagnostic my computer?? Or does anyone know what could be happening?

SQL Server 2017 MLS – cant add python package

I’m new-ish to MLS and have been trying to add new python packages like  attrs  to the python but it hasn’t been working.

Our set up is SQL Server 2017 with CU14 on Win 2016.

Python version is 3.5.2

The usual command I run is:

pip install attrs

and I run this from the C:Program FilesMicrosoft SQL ServerMSSQL14.MSSQLSERVERPYTHON_SERVICESScripts
but nothing happens…..

it says “collecting attrs” then nothing.

When I look in the So I updated a dev VM to SQL Server 2017 CU22, and it installed Python 3.7 and tried same thing – it worked.

But this doesn’t help me as we already have existing SQL Server 2017 servers with this package in it and the dude who originally set this up is gone, so any help appreciated.

All the installs are default, nothing special.

display – MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017) [MacOs Catalina 10.15.6] Yellow tint when watching video in Netflix, Youtube or even Videos(Quick Time)

I noticed recently that when i try watching youtube videos in full screen, when i didn’t move my mouse and the play bar disappeared , my screen turn yellowish. This happen only during full screen and only if i connect my MacBook Air with an external monitor via thunderbolt (I connect monitor with HDMI through a converter (HDMItoThunderbolt).

If i unplug the monitor from my MacBook, it becomes normal.

Any solution for this? I reach help from apple support but they seems can’t fixed this issue.

protected void NombreMetodo()
    TimeSpan duracion;
    string text = "";
    DateTime final;
    DateTime inicio;
    MethodBase m = MethodBase.GetCurrentMethod();
    inicio = DateTime.Now;

    AreaRegistration.RegisterAllAreas(); //Registers all Areas in the Areas folder
    //final = DateTime.Now;
    //duracion = final - inicio;
    //inicio = final;
    .... codigo del método ....

    final = DateTime.Now;
    duracion = final - inicio;
    text =  " Inicio: " + inicio + " Final: " + final + " Duracion: " + duracion + " Clase: " + this.GetType().Name + " Método: " + m.Name;
    CreaLogTiempos(text, "C:\Sample.txt", false);
    inicio = final;

método para guardar log:

public void CreaLogTiempos(string contenido)
        String line;
            string docPath = Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.MyDocuments);

            using (StreamWriter outputFile = new StreamWriter(Path.Combine(docPath, "WriteLines.txt"), true))
        catch (Exception e)
            Console.WriteLine("Exception: " + e.Message);
            Console.WriteLine("Executing finally block.");

ag.algebraic geometry – What is the response to Bender (2017)?

What is the response to the 2017 Riemann Hypothesis proof, and why is RH still considered unsolved?

” If the analysis presented here can be made rigorous to show that Hˆ is manifestly self-adjoint, then this implies that the Riemann hypothesis holds true

They did that in the above note and made the analysis rigorous.

sql server 2017 – Backup Restore, CPU usage and Extended Events

I’m working on measuring the performance impact of Backups on CPU. I would like to capture all the backup operations and CPU usage. I’m running a weekly full backup, daily diff, and 15 min log backup. Are there any options in Extended Events we can use to capture CPU usage?

CREATE EVENT SESSION (Backup_Events_Trace) ON SERVER ADD EVENT sqlserver.backup_restore_progress_trace (ACTION(sqlserver.client_hostname, sqlserver.database_name))
    ,ADD EVENT sqlserver.databases_backup_restore_throughput (ACTION(sqlserver.client_hostname, sqlserver.database_name)) ADD TARGET package0.event_file (SET filename = N'L:XEBackup_Events_Trace.xel')
