Show that yes $ sum_ {n = 1} ^ infty a_n $ converge and $ a_n geq0 $ Y $ b_n geq 1 $ for each $ n $ so $ sum_ {n = 1} ^ infty a_n ^ {b_n} $ converge

I know I need to use absolutely convergent but I'm not sure how to do it.
