Static IP address device now in different IP range of home network

I recently received a new router and it was configured to use for all LAN devices. However, I had a device for which I configured a static IP address on the device. This was on a different router that used for local devices.

So now I have everything working fine with 192.168 addresses, but I have this device (NAS) stuck with a 10.0 address.

How can I access?

Obviously, networking is not my strongest talent …
