SharePoint notifications authentication can not create a security token

I am troubleshooting issues with my SharePoint 2016 Security Token Service through this guide

Now I'm seeing infinite Warning in Event Viewer, with a new Warning created every minute:

After searching multiple sources on the network, I verified the following:

The following services are running:

  1. Listening adapter Net.Msmq
  2. Net.Pipe listening adapter
  3. Net.Tcp listener adapter

But it hit an exception during the token creation test:

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
