Ruby empty space has some meaning?

I have a simple hash.

params = {
name: & # 39; David & # 39 ;,
Country: & # 39; IND & # 39 ;,
status: & # 39; KA & # 39 ;,
address: & # 39; # 123, bangalore & # 39 ;,
Email: & # 39; asdf@as.df & # 39;
}

At first glance it is a little less readable, for greater readability I have formatted the previous hash to make it look lower.

params = {
name: & # 39; David & # 39 ;,
country: & # 39; Canada & # 39 ;,
status: & # 39; State Name & # 39 ;,
address: & # 39; name of the city, # house, etc & # 39 ;,
Email: & # 39; asdf@as.df & # 39;
}

But every time I run rubocop Complains of Layout / AlignHash offense. Does the alignment of hashes as a second form (empty spaces) have a problem? Can I deactivate the police for this?
