Problem with Zimbra mail server | Web Hosting Talk

Hello,

We have a problem with the Zimbra mail server that erupts after the server reboots. Several services that did not work were found, including Ldap.
They consulted with two experts and are saying that the ssl certificate could be issued.
The ssl is not being installed, we have even republished it with a new private key and csr on the server.

A technician has given the assurance that if the ssl was installed correctly and the two failed errors do not appear, the problem with zimbra will be resolved 100%. Could someone with experience and experience help in this matter?
I am willing to pay the service fees too.
