That depends on the answers, is not it? I will agree that the investigation can not be finished without first asking the president, but since we have no idea (because Mueller does not filter) what the answers are or how they compare with other tests, it is still a speculative nonsense about what is happening.
What we do know is that Mueller will do his job and progress has been made.
