postgresql – How to design the database schema for this activity planner

Hello, I am new to database design and would like help to design the activity planner schema for depression patients. (This is a small project I'm working on to develop my skills.)

What I'm thinking about right now is having a table for user information, a table for what the user plans to do the next day (the first color), and another table for the patient to complete at the end of the day (the rows, but with additional time input such as "Early morning" or "Night"

But with this current scheme, when the patient enters their activities at the end of the day, the application will need to make 6 calls (BC from the 6 different time periods such as afternoon, night, etc.)

Any help would be appreciated!
