pnp powershell: the provisioning site with the pnp package gives a file error not found

I'd like to move the provisioning templates to SharePoint Online, so I should convert them to the pnp package. I try to convert a folder with provisioning files using the Convert-PnPFolderToProvisioningTemplate Template command and in my test scenario there is something that does not work.

In my template, I have a page of web elements, which is also my home page:

The file exists, and when I extract the contents of the generated pnp file, I can see that it is also included in the assignment.

SitePages / classic.aspx

Still, when I apply the template, I receive a file error not found and the file is not copied.

What is the correct way to include aspx files that should be copied to the SitePages library?
