Performance: WP Cron frequently causes "Health of degraded environment in AWS": Occurs with HTTP 200 and HTTP 500 sometimes

This problem occurs regularly and I receive dozens of AWS notifications. Example:

Timestamp: Mar 26, February 17:26:00 UTC 2019 Message: Environmental health
It has gone from Ok to Degraded. No data of 1 in 2 have been received.
instances.

Generally, there are not even any errors in the log files, but I recognize something like the following in the access logs:

XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) – –
[26/Feb/2019:17:26:03 +0000] "SUBMIT
/ch/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1551201963.8688011169433593750000
HTTP / 1.1 "200 –
"https://example.com/xx/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1551201963.8688011169433593750000"
"WordPress / 5.1; https://example.com/xx"

Basically, it makes sense that some cronjobs put a greater load on the server. I do not want to disable the cronjobs since they are used by some important add-ons that will not work as desired after this action.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem (with AWS or maybe also with another server)? How did you solve it?
