Pathfinder – Can Miracle overcome the dimensional block / antimagic field?

The Miracle spell has a specific example of an application that says the following:

Moving you and your allies, with all of you and your team, from a plane to a specific place through flat barriers with no possibility of error.

The question then becomes, since flat barriers are not an explicitly defined term, can the dimensional block / anti-magic field be considered as barriers that are ignored by their miracle? Specifically with respect to the Antimagic Field, Miracle is not really a spell:

You do not have as much miracle as asking for one. You declare what you would like to happen and request that your deity (or the power by which you pray for the spells) intercede.

Can the miracle be used to escape from these dangerous areas?
