More problems with ServInt (Leaseweb)?

One of our servers ServInt (FlexVPS, 60 GB) has disk space and it has been more than 90 minutes since I entered a ticket in the ServInt portal, with a request to immediately add 10 GB of disk space and invoice for it. The server has more than 100 email accounts and all email traffic is stopped.

ServInt MST is now saying that they will pass the request to LeaseWeb sales and there is no indication of when the sales team will respond or when the disk space needed for the email to work again will be added. With the old ServInt, such requests used to be completed in no more than 30 minutes.

Incredibly disappointing. I think that, basically, ServInt hung up its old clients to dry up with the sale of Leaseweb.
