Legality of using a Windows XP screen saver in Windows 10

Someone raised an interesting point at work today regarding the fact that we are proposing to make use of the ssmypics.scr screen saver application from Windows XP on a new Windows 10 system.

This screen saver was (I think) removed from the Windows operating system in Windows 7 and its features are perfect for the control we want to have over the screen saver in our system.

Would this be a problem from a legal perspective? I can not see why that would be so, but perhaps there are clauses in the Windows License Terms that prohibit this type of activity.

I have searched through the Windows License terms here, but I can not see anything that prevents us from doing this.

Thank you

Steve
