itunes – Unable to play video / export video from Photos app

I’m on MacOS Catalina Version 10.15.7. I recently tried to view my old videos from photos app but unable to do so. It says “Photos cannot play this video because the resource is unavailable.”

I read places where people could export the video out and the video could be played. But I can’t export it out as well. It says “unknown error”.

When I tried to edit it with QuickTime Player, it says “The operation couldn’t be completed (Cocoa error -1)”

How do i view my videos? There is 222GB of them 🙁
