"Our technical support staff has combined more than 35 years of IT experience and web hosting to ensure they receive the right support!"
The "combined" part seems fun: if you hire enough technicians with more than 10 years of experience, how high can you get?
On a more serious note, how much does experience matter, since for more than 10 years, it matters in the IT business in general and in hosting? Technologies change, CPUs speed up, is it important to know how old systems worked? It seems to me that being older, therefore, learning a little slower than young people, is not an advantage in this industry.
For example, not related to hosting, but (a friend is a very good Oracle programmer, with decades of experience) I could find only one company in my city that could use their knowledge and experience. For other languages, the good 25 and 30 year olds can do a much better job today.
