iphone – Why does my remote WiFi application (Snapbridge) not release the shutter on my D5600?

I'm on an iPhone 6, using Nikon's Snapbridge. The application is working. I can activate the Wi-Fi connection and change the settings of the camera with my phone. may l even use my phone to open the shutter but only if I go into Settings in Snapbridge and turn off the live view first. Essentially, the only way it is released is when there is no way to see what the camera is really looking at.

The wi-fi connection is working. I can see the view on my phone. The camera just does not let go when I click on the white button on my phone. I have tried all the release settings, and I have tried to hold the button, pressing it twice, everything. Some clue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
