How to link to a specific comment in the Drupal organization?

I am aware that you can use [#1234] syntax in the publications on the pages of the Drupal edition.

However, is there any syntax to indicate the specific comment, such as: [#1234:12]?

I was using it before, but I forgot the syntax and I can not find it anywhere.
