How to find reliable publishers for COD offers? (cash on delivery)

Hye, I'm far from Idvert, the advertisers.

We are advertisers COD Offers, Geos They are from Southeast Asia, mostly MY, VN, HK, TW, etc.
As most networks do not have these geos, I have a hard time finding the right affiliates for my offers.
