How to delete Parrot OS installed alongside (Dual Boot) with Ubuntu safely?

I am using Ubuntu LTS 20.04.1 alongside with Parrot OS. But I want to uninstall parrot OS completely without losing my data. Once I tried to directly deleting the partition but it ended up as losing my data. My parrot OS version is : 4.10
