How reliable is the shared hosting bandwidth of namecheap?

I have hosted a NodeJS React application in my namecheap shared hosting account.
My Apache Benchmark gives this output while I try to perform stress tests on my site:

ab -n 100 -c 5 -C "somecookie = rawr" http://example.com/

This is ApacheBench, Version 2.3 <$Revision: 1807734 $>

My question is whether this information is correct?
When should I worry about shared hosting with respect to the bandwidth traffic limit?
