I’m working on a spreadsheet for others to use. They have two options for where to fill in the required information. If they enter it in location B, I want location A to automatically populate this same data. If they enter it in location A, nothing needs to happen.
If they opt for location A, I don’t want them to see a formula in the cells where they are entering data. My thought was to place the formula that pulls data from location B in the row above location A and offset the values produced so that they appear in location A. Is this possible? Is this a good approach?

Location A is A3, A8, A13, etc… in the Rubric sheet.
Location B is A2:A11 in the Quick Setup sheet.
