This question is so long because I had to make sure it would not close because it was too wide, so I included all the details that came to mind.
I am in the process of accelerating my gaming experience with the browser.
If someone helps me boost my performance a bit more, I will add a reward for that response of 50 additional points.
Contact with my ISP
A technician was in our house. In the end, it replaced our WiFi antenna (or how you call it) for the latest model that reduces my latency and increases performance:
This result is quite good considering that I am connected through WiFi located on the roof of our house.
It drops with a Cat.6 Ethernet cable to my router.
I changed my router software
Managed to deploy IPv6
Bought a new high performance laptop.
Dell Inspiron 15 Gaming 7577, some basic specifications:
BIOS: Updated to the latest version (1.6.1)
CPU: Intel © Core ™ i7-7700HQ
RAM: 16 GB Memory Stick
I intend to replace this with 2 x 16 GB with low latency for two channels, later.
SSD: NVMe PCIe 512GB (Toshiba).
It is not working as well as expected.
I intend to replace this with Samsung SSD 970 PRO M.2 512GB (MZ-V7P512BW), later.
GPU: I disabled the built-in operating system, and I have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design and 6GB active GDDR5
Net: The laptop is connected to my router through the Cat.6 Ethernet cable 3 meters long.
Display: UHD 3840 x 2160, 15.6 inches.
Installed a new operating system
Linux Mint 19 Canela 64 bits suits me better, it's based on Ubuntu 18.04.

Note on flash based games
Apart from normal games, I also, and perhaps more often, I play games based on Flash and HTML5 games. So I need a Flash player and an HTML5 engine updated and accelerated by hardware.
Because of those games based on Flash, on Linux, only Google Chrome is an option. As far as I know, there is no other browser with Flash Player updated in Linux. Feel free to correct me!
