Function with string explanation for its arguments with equal signs.

I want to write a function using a string as an explanation for its arguments. For example, I want to write a function to calculate the BMI (only for illustration, not for the real problem):

bmi[h_, w_] : = (703 * w) / (12 * h) ^ 2
bmi[5.4, 142]

23.7735

I can modify this function in the following way and it works.

bmi2[heightinFeet = h_, weightinLB = w_] : = (703 * w) / (12 * h) ^ 2
bmi2[5.4, 142]

23.7735

But I want to modify this function in the following way:

bmi3["height in Feet" = h_, "weight in LB" = w_] : = (703 * w) / (12 * h) ^ 2
bmi3[5.4, 142]

23.7735

I suppose bmi3 It could work but I'm not sure. What is the best way to approach this problem?
