I am thinking about doing more video editing in the future and I would like to make the most of my Android phone (with 9.0 ft).
I've used ffmpeg and Handbrake in the past to re-encode the video, but I want to avoid the losses involved with the original encoding of the video that happens on the phone so I can encode it my way once it's edited
While I can I simply manually increased the video bit rate in a third-party camera application, from my time in photo editing, I discovered that the use of RAW photo capture gives me much more flexibility for editing and details.
Is there an equivalent to RAW (.dng) for video in the Android space? What application can I use to capture it?
