dnd 5e – Are there rules that say that extremely high skill scores provide additional benefits just because those skill scores are so high?

The skills are affected through the statistics, obviously, and it is quite self-explanatory how they will affect a skill as it is usually in the description. But what about things outside of the skill scale? A maximum charisma gives the player a silver tongue, wisdom that gives them instincts of god, dexterity, amazing reflexes, strength to overthrow a giant, intelligence that allows them to understand the most complex issues, constitution that gives them an insane resistance ? That kind of things. By simply dismissing examples, I'm not asking several questions here.
