dnd 3.5e – How does the Spell Spell feat work against spelling?

If my bard with the feat Costume spell (Full adventurer 108) Is the victor in the opposite control (the ability control Perform my bard against the spectator Spot skill controls) can the spell cast still be counteracted normally? Because it doesn't require a Spellcraft skill check, can the spell be counteracted with a dispel the magic spell out?

Note: I play a bard in the current campaign, and I optimized it to be a bard (costume spell, lyric spell, melodic cast, heart song, etc.). Through the careful stacking of bonuses, his 28 Cha, a masterpiece instrument, magical items and an item created by DM, my Realization controls are d20 + 40 as a level 17 bard.
