audio – ffmpeg DTS not monotonous in the output stream

When I extract audio from a TS video file, with either VLC, ffmpeg, VSDC Video Editor or Audacity, I get an audio file of different length.

In ffmpeg, I receive the following warnings:

So, if I had to replace the audio in the video file with the one I just extracted, the audio would be out of sync. It happened with the two TS files that I have.

When I play the original video file, the audio is well synchronized.

The techniques suggested in the following link do not work for me:
Non-monotonous DTS in the outflow

How can i fix this?
