Android: Why does collapsing the toolbar show blank spaces when it collapses?

The collapsed toolbar shows blank spaces when it collapses. When you scroll down, the collapsed toolbar collapses faster than the scroll bar, so you create a white space with cable (marked with a blue line)

when the application is in the normal state
