Thanks in advance.
I have read other publications here, but I only find information on how to include sub-report data, how to filter, etc. I am using Access 2016, linked to a SQLyog database. My links are made through views. The view in question provides the correct data. If I simply run the subreport, it displays all the data correctly; however, when it is embedded in a report, all records are not displayed. Records that do not appear appear to be when the length of the character is greater than 1k. Also, I can not apply any type of sub-report that groups or orders without having data displayed. The corresponding field information is shown below.
See (not all fields are required in the report, so this is the Access SQL statement)
SELECT V_CANDIDATE_STATUS_EXP.STATUS_ID, V_CANDIDATE_STATUS_EXP.STATUS_ACTIVE, V_CANDIDATE_STATUS_EXP.STATUS_EX_ACTIVE_TEXT, V_CANDIDATE_STATUS_EXP.CANDIDATE_BOID, (used as a link to the main report) V_CANDIDATE_STATUS_EXP.NAME, V_CANDIDATE_STATUS_EXP.STATUS_DESC, V_CANDIDATE_STATUS_EXP.DATEENTERED, V_CANDIDATE_STATUS_EXP.USERENTERED FROM V_CANDIDATE_STATUS_EXP;
Type of field data
– STATUS_ID – int, length 11
– NAME, varchar, length 255
– STATUS_DESC, text
– CANDIDATE_BOID, int, length 11
– DATEENTERED, date and time, current_time
– USERENTERED, varchar, 32

I hope this is enough detail to understand my problem.
