A scalable and noise-free neighbor in upcloud: your experience for the host in the cloud without problems?

Hey nomadweb,

Thanks for trying! I'm sorry to hear about your challenges. We manage our public cloud as a multi-tenant environment, but we strive to ensure that customers get the best possible experience in the industry. The performance of MaxIOPS is a great testament to this.

Anyway, what has been your experience, any recommendation for a scalable host like upcloud but no noisy neighbors problems or just not possible? I'm using cpanel / cloudlinux, which is a great combo and I want to continue with it.

One way to make sure you do not start with a busy host you've been in previously is to use our API attribute "Avoid_Host". Each host has its own ID and you can read more in our API documentation on how to do it. Please add / api / to our domain for more information. This was created primarily for customers to build high availability configurations that want to have their servers in the cloud on separate hosts, but can also be used where appropriate.

If you have other problems, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Your average response time to the ticket for a few months has been less than 2 minutes, so we respond quickly to customer inquiries. I would love for our support team to work with you.

Once again, thank you very much for giving us an opportunity!
